The database is current as of December 31, 2021 and includes more than 8,000 independent labs, 120,000 physician-office labs, 9,000 hospital labs, 25,000 pharmacy-based labs, 15,000 nursing home labs, and all other lab types.

Presented in an Excel spreadsheet and includes:

• Annual Test Volume
• Date CLIA Certificate Was Issued
